Some buildings in Montreal offer self-serve bikes to their employees or students. Why not do the same? The AccèsVélo program is a turnkey, easy-to-implement service that greatly enhances the brand image of your company. In addition to being popular, it encourages active and eco-friendly modes of transportation. In short – a fun way of joining the fight against climate change!

  It’s Easy to Set Up

The concept is very simple: Bikes are loaned free of charge to employees or students of the building for leisure rides, personal errands, or business meetings. The bikes are usually distributed at the building reception booths or parking lot booths in exchange for a proof of identity. The bikes are available during business hours (with exceptions) and must be returned to the same location.

  It’s a Turnkey Service

The bikes offered by the Voyagez Futé turnkey service are new, equipped, and either electric or traditional. Each bike is identified with the company colours of the participating business.

Voyagez Futé takes care of :

  • Promotion and management tools of the program
  • Information booth in collaboration with Vélo Québec
  • Regular maintenance of the fleet
  • Statistical review of the program

The participating company is responsible for:

  • Set-up of the equipment
  • Safety of the bikes
  • Loan logistics
  • Internal promotion of the program


  Activities and contests all summer long!

  • "The More Often I borrow, the More I win !"
    Users of the service automatically take part in contest. Four drawings with more than 40 prizes to win throughout the summer !

  • "Lunchtime bike rides this month !"
    An activity calendar is sent by e-mail to employees !

      What about the cost ?

    A package including the purchase and maintenance of bikes, tools, promotion activities, and a follow-up of the program was developed by Voyagez Futé to encourage registrations.
